Itinerary

Arrival: Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and proceed to your houseboat for check-in and refreshments. Sightseeing: Explore the famous Mughal gardens:

  • Nishat Bagh – The ‘Garden of Pleasure’ built by Mughal King Asif Khan in 1633.
  • Shalimar Bagh – The ‘Garden of Love’ created by Emperor Jehangir for his queen, Noor Jehan.
  • Chashme Shahi – A beautiful garden with a natural spring. Overnight Stay: Houseboat/hotel in Srinagar. Note: Check-in at the hotel/houseboat is available after 2:00 PM. The itinerary may be adjusted based on flight timings.

Travel: A scenic 3-hour drive (98 km) from Srinagar to Sonmarg, known as the ‘Meadow of Gold.’ Activities:

  • Admire the breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and alpine meadows.
  • Opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains throughout the year.
  • Explore the pristine beauty and flower-laden valleys of Sonmarg.
  • Return: Evening drive back to Srinagar.
