Your Divine Expedition:

  1. 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Begin your journey from Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, to Badrinath by helicopter.
  2. 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Embrace the privilege of VIP Darshan at Badrinath Ji.
  3. 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Proceed from Badrinath to Guptkashi.
  4. 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Explore Guptkashi and have a soul-enriching Darshan at Kedarnath.
  5. 2:00 PM – 2:40 PM: Return from Guptkashi to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun.

Please note that the timings are tentative and subject to change based on flying operations and weather conditions.

Important Details:

  1. Children aged 2 and above are considered full passengers.
  2. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the full amount due 15 days before the journey date.
  3. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a 10% extra cost if requested 10 days before the journey.
  4. Passengers will be allocated to different helicopters based on weight from Guptkashi to Kedarnath, ensuring safety.
  5. Passengers travelling together in twin-engine helicopters may not be on the same flight during the Guptkashi to Kedarnath’s leg.
  6. Cooperation is appreciated as shuttle flights are executed based on total and individual passenger weight.
  7. In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to alter the destination.
  8. Additional expenses beyond the prescribed meals in the itinerary will be borne by passengers, and the company is not responsible for restaurant or hotel changes made by customers.
  9. Any new inclusions in the itinerary will be charged based on actual expenses.
  10. Expenses resulting from natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be the responsibility of the guest.
  11. Passengers weighing more than 75 kg will incur an excess weight charge of Rs 1,000 per kg.
 
 
  1. Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
  2. The booking will be conflrmed with 50% of the amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
  3. Rescheduling of booking will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost if applied 10 days before journey date.
  4. From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided in different helicopters depending on the weight of the passengers. The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
  5. Passengers traveling together in Double engine helicopter may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Guptkashi to Kedarnath.
  6. All shuttle flights are planned and executed subject to total & individual weight of the passengers, so kindly cooperate.
  7. Company reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
  8. Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.
  9. Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.
  10. All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity or unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest/customer (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc).
  11. Passengers weighing more than 75 kgs shall be charged an excess weight charge of Rs 1,000/- per Kg

Passenger Guidelines:

  1. As a fixed departure tour, it’s crucial to adhere to the specified departure times as briefed by our staff on each day of the tour.
  2. Luggage space in the chopper is limited to 4 kg per passenger.
  3. Passengers with excess baggage will not be allowed on the chopper.
  4. Soft bags are recommended, as large suitcases cannot be accommodated on the helicopter.
  5. Additional charges may apply if passengers’ weight exceeds the limit after approval from our technical team.
  6. Given the high-altitude locations of all temples in Do Dham, passengers are advised to carry woollen clothes, raincoats, and a standard medical kit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellations made before 20 days from the journey date: 25% of the amount will be retained.
  2. Cancellations made before 10 days from the journey date: 50% of the amount will be retained.
  3. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the journey date: No refund will be provided.
