Day 1 – Delhi to Haridwar
Arrival at Delhi Railway station and drive to Haridwar ,Embark on a sightseeing tour of Haridwar . Witness the sacred ‘Har ki Pauri,’ where the Ganges emerges from the Himalayas. Experience the serene Ganges Aarti in the evening at Har-ki-Pauri. Retreat to your hotel for an overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2 -Haridwar to Chandigarh
Start your day with a sacred dip in the holy Ganges at Har-ki-Pauri and visit the Mansa Devi Temple by taking a thrilling Rope Way ride. Later, embark on a 235-kilometer, 7-hour journey to Chandigarh. Check in to your hotel upon arrival.
Day 3 Chandigarh -Dharamshala
Today, your journey leads you to Dharamshala. Enroute, make stops at Naina Devi, Baglamukhi Devi, and Chintpurni Mata temples. Once you reach Dharamshala, settle into your hotel.
Day 4 Dharmshala
Begin your day with a visit to the Chamunda Devi, Jwalaji Temple, Kangra Devi Temple, and the Tibetan Monastery (Dalai Lama Temple) after enjoying your morning meal.
Day 5 Dharmshala – Katra
After breakfast, continue your journey to Katra, covering a distance of 240 kilometres in approximately 8 hours. Once in Katra, check in to your hotel.
Day 6 Katra – Vaishno Devi – Katra
Get ready for a spiritual experience as you proceed to the Vaishno Devi temple, which is 14 kilometres away. You can choose to walk, take a pony, or even use the helicopter service to reach the temple. After seeking blessings, return to Katra.
Day 7 Katra – Amritsar
Explore one of India’s most sacred places – the Golden Temple, also known as Sri Harmandir Sahib. Located in the heart of Amritsar, the Golden Temple’s stunning architecture and the daily Langar (community kitchen) draw devotees and visitors from all walks of life. Explore the temple, its spiritual surroundings, and the Sikh Museum inside. The day ends with a comfortable stay in an Amritsar hotel.
Day 8 Amritsar to Delhi
MConclude your spiritual journey as you depart from Amritsar and return to Delhi, approximately a 7-hour drive. You’ll arrive in Delhi in the evening, carrying cherished memories from your nine Devi Darshan pilgrimage.
